Is Cheeky Dough Safe To Eat Raw?

Absolutely! Our cookie dough has been created to be eaten completely raw. Unlike regular cookie dough we use heat treated flour and no egg products, making it 100% safe to eat.

Can you bake Cheeky Dough?

Yes you can! Give it a go.

Why are some flavours only available in Vegan?

Vegan varieties can be eaten by non-vegans too and we'd highly recommend it.  Our vegan varieties are just as tasty as non-vegan varieties.  Give them a try.  We think you'll be pleasantly surprised!

How should I store my Cheeky Dough?

Cheeky dough can be stored for up to 3 weeks in the fridge, or you can even freeze it for up to 12 months!

How Long will my Cheeky Dough take to arrive?

We aim to produce your order within one working day of receipt. You will receive an email notification when your order is being processed and will be shipped the next day after refrigeration with Royal Mail 1st Class (estimated 1-2 day delivery).

Our edible cookie dough is delivered in a durable cardboard box with a cooling gel pack to keep your dough fresh.

I ordered my dough, but it hasn’t arrived. Where is it?

Our cookie dough is delivered by First Class Royal Mail. When an order doesn’t turn up by the estimated delivery day, its usually for one of these reasons:

​

• The order is still out for delivery: Our first class packages have a 3 day expected delivery during C-19 postage delays and occasionally they can take an extra day. Wait an extra day, and if your dough still hasn’t arrived contact us

• The order was attempted to be delivered, but nobody was in: In this scenario, look for a Royal Mail ‘Sorry We Missed You’ card posted through your letter box. It will tell you which local delivery point your cookie dough is being kept.

• The delivery address was entered incorrectly: In this scenario, we are unable to offer a refund or re-delivery due to the perishable nature of our cookie dough. If you notice that you’ve entered your address incorrectly before your parcel has been shipped, contact us to get it changed.

I have an allergy, is your dough safe to eat?

We list all of our ingredients and allergen information on our shopping page. If you are still unsure if you can eat our dough, please get in contact.

I am vegan, is your dough okay to eat?

We have many vegan cookie dough flavours to choose from.  All made with delicious creamy plant based butter. They taste so good many of our non vegan customers love them too!

I am vegetarian, is your dough okay to eat?

We have many vegan cookie dough flavours that are suitable for vegetarians to choose from.  All made with delicious creamy plant based butter. They taste so good many of our non vegan customers love them too!

Does it have alcohol in it?

No, all of our dough is made alcohol free.

I am unhappy with my order, can I get a refund?

Due to the perishable nature of our cookie dough, we are unable to accept returns and issue out refunds. However, if your cookie dough is damaged or not as expected, please contact us.

Hey, what happened to that awesome Biscoff dough flavour you had?

Unfortunately, due to a dispute with Lotus Bakeries, we are unable to offer this delicious flavour anymore, sorry!
